📋 Instructions:

  1. Name your photo files correctly:
    • For boys: 6B Banele Khumalo.jpg or B John Smith.jpg
    • For girls: 6G Linke Bothma.jpg or G Mary Johnson.jpg
  2. The system will automatically:
    • Detect gender from the prefix (B = Boy, G = Girl)
    • Remove the prefix from the name (e.g., "6B Banele Khumalo" becomes "Banele Khumalo")
    • Create a learner record with the correct gender
    • Resize photos to 300x300 pixels
    • Upload and associate photos with learners
  3. Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF
  4. You can select multiple files at once
💡 Pro Tip:

Rename all your photos at once using batch rename in Windows Explorer. Right-click multiple files, select "Rename", and add the prefix!
